By opting for our SEO services, you acknowledge that search engine optimization is a continuous process influenced by various external factors, including search engine algorithms. We implement proven strategies to enhance your website’s visibility and performance. Clients must provide accurate website access credentials and timely approvals for requested changes. Payments are eligible for a money-back guarantee if specified results or deliverables, as outlined in the agreement, are not met within the stated timeframe.
4. Renewal Policy
All hosting packages and domains must be renewed 15 days before expiration.
A late fee will apply to any renewals made after the expiration date. For details on late fees, please contact customer care.
5. Backup and Data Restoration
We offer free weekly backups of your data.
In some cases, restoring backups may incur a service charge.
6. Data Backup Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for managing their own data backups for long-term storage. XAMAA Web Hosting provides weekly backups as a courtesy, but it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to ensure data security and continuity for extended needs. In the event of data loss or a backup failure, XAMAA Web Hosting is not liable, and no compensation or refund will be issued.
7. Suspension and Termination
Services may be suspended or terminated by the data center, service provider, or government authority without prior notice.
In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and XAMAA Web Hosting will not be liable for any loss of data or domains.
You automatically agree to these terms when checking out our services or products.
8. Compensation for Downtime
If our services are down for more than 72 hours, you may apply for compensation.
The final decision regarding compensation will be made by the data center or service provider.
9. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to:
Pornography
Drug sales
Gambling
Hacking
Political content
Any activities that violate community standards
Identity verification may be requested for safety reasons.
10. Support Services
We provide product support via WhatsApp, live chat, and ticket system. Phone support is available only for sales inquiries.
Level 1 and Level 2 support requests will be addressed within 1–6 hours.
Level 3 support requests will be addressed within 6–72 hours.
Only top-priority customers with dedicated support subscriptions may receive phone support.
11. Changes to Terms
XAMAA Web Hosting reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Pricing Policy and Adjustments
XAMAA Web Hosting reserves the full right to modify, increase, or decrease its pricing for any hosting or related services at any time during an active hosting period.
Such price adjustments may occur due to fluctuations in USD exchange rates, changes in server infrastructure costs, software licensing fees, hardware upgrades or downgrades, and other operational expenses.
All changes will be made at XAMAA Web Hosting’s discretion, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any revised pricing.
13. Non-Compliance and Refusal to Accept Terms
If a customer refuses to accept the latest version of the Terms and Conditions, updated pricing, software requirements, or engages in misleading arguments, misinformation, or non-cooperation that affects service operation or communication, XAMAA Web Hosting reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account without prior notice.
Such suspension will not be subject to compensation or refund, and reactivation may only occur after full compliance with current terms and pricing.
