2. Services Offered
XAMAA Web Hosting provides the following services:
- Shared Hosting
- VPS Hosting
- Dedicated Server
- Domain Registration and Transfer

3. SEO Services
By opting for our SEO services, you acknowledge that search engine optimization is a continuous process influenced by various external factors, including search engine algorithms. We implement proven strategies to enhance your website’s visibility and performance. Clients must provide accurate website access credentials and timely approvals for requested changes. Payments are eligible for a money-back guarantee only if explicitly stated in a written agreement.
4. Renewal Policy
All hosting packages and domains must be renewed at least 15 days before expiration.
Late fees may apply for renewals completed after the expiration date.

5. Domain Registration Term & Transfer Policy
If you register a domain through XAMAA Web Hosting, the domain registration is contracted for a minimum period of five (5) years.
If you request to transfer the domain away from us (to another registrar or provider) at any time during or after this period, a domain transfer-out / administration fee of $49 USD will apply.
This fee must be paid in full before the transfer authorization code (EPP code) is issued or the transfer process is initiated.
6. Backup and Data Restoration
We offer free weekly backups of your data.
In some cases, restoring backups may incur a service charge.
7. Data Backup Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for maintaining their own long-term data backups. Weekly backups are provided as a courtesy only. XAMAA Web Hosting is not liable for data loss, backup failure, or any resulting damages.
8. Suspension and Termination
Services may be suspended or terminated by the data center, service provider,
or government authority without prior notice.
No refunds will be issued, and XAMAA Web Hosting is not liable
for loss of data or domains.
9. Compensation for Downtime
If services are unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, customers may apply for compensation. Final compensation decisions are at the sole discretion of the service provider.
10. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services for illegal or prohibited activities, including:
- Pornography
- Drug sales
- Gambling
- Hacking
- Political content
- Any activity violating community standards
Identity verification may be required for security purposes.
11. Support Services
Support is provided via WhatsApp, live chat, and ticket system.
Level 1–2 support: 1–6 hours
Level 3 support: 6–72 hours
Phone support is available only for sales or premium support customers.
12. Changes to Terms
XAMAA Web Hosting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Pricing Policy and Adjustments
Pricing may be modified at any time due to exchange rate fluctuations, infrastructure costs, licensing fees, or operational expenses. Continued service usage confirms acceptance of updated pricing.
14. Non-Compliance and Refusal to Accept Terms
Failure to accept updated terms, pricing, or operational requirements may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice. No refunds or compensation will apply.
